You can use everything what you're able to use, such as Python, Perl, Bash, etc... any thing that can script ssh commands will write a dissertation abstract.

I think all programming languages could work for 3PAR. It depends what exactly you'll need to do or just get help in writing a dissertation conclusion

I have used ansible for almost all 3par configs. Specifically I do this using the raw module.

There are some configs you can't change from the CLI or WSAPI, for example setting login banners or installing ssh keys.

How have you found using it? Does it work well?
I am currently in the process of overhauling hardware and software provisioning, using Packer, Terraform, Vault, MAAS and Ansible (looking at AWX, runbook or stackstorm).
Ansible was chosen due to HPE having an ansible module (same with other vendors). We currently use salt for our linux systems but may move to ansible if it proves usable.
