I found an abandoned f400, but on the hpe site I do not see the versions available

3PAR OS 3.1.1 MU3
3PAR SP 4.1 MU2 (P412)

Where can I find them?

Thanks for considering my request

I suspect those are locked down by entitlements. Meaning the array would have to have been under a software support contract when the code was released.

It's a long shot, but call support, ask what is the last version of code the array SN# was entitled to and if they can allow you to download that version. It doesn't hurt to ask, the worst is they will say no.

thanks Richard, please one more question:

can I skip the upgrade path and go directly to the latest OS supported for that model? has no important data, so the reset factory is not a problem, but I do not wanna lose it

There is usually an upgrade path. I've had some upgrades be 2 and 3 step upgrades to get to a minimum code level before getting to the version we targeted. I happen to have the InForm_OS_3.1.1_MU3_QL227-10045.iso and 3PAR_Virtual_SP_4.1_MU2_P05_Software_QR482-11007.iso.
