Hi
Thanks again, this looks perfect just the sort of thing I needed.
I've not been able to digest it yet though so going to have a good read through it now.

Re our config and SW, we have a 4 tray (big selling point was expansion) at 50% populated at present, 10SAS and 2 SSDs in each tray.
We have AO and DO but to be honest don't know how to check what's being moved at around at present or even if at all!. I need to have final part of training/handover with HP Storage chap and this was on my list of Q's for him.

Thanks
Gerry

To resolve my issue with adding new vols as I was advised by HP that it would require downtime.
we had to
A: unexport all vols
B: Unexport VVset from host sets.
C: export all required vols
D: Export VVset with AUTO switched off.

This seems to have remove the duplicate IDs we had we can create/export now without error.

Re perfomance this is now back on my list I'll be looking through the advice offerred previously.

Many thanks I appreciate folks taking the time to reply and assist.

Regards
Gerry
