hello everyone.
I have 1 3PAR 7200 with a converged HBA Qlogic QLE8242 on each node.
I see that it supports iSCSI and FCoE.

Can I use those ports to directly connect a server using an LC-LC cable? The server has an 8Gb HBA Emulex o Qlogic

Or can I connect with that converged QLE to a 16Gb Brocade SAN Switch?

Do you see it possible?

Thanks to all for the help

All controller nodes should have 2x 8Gb FC. Those could be direct connected to services with 8Gb HBA.

Qlogic QLE8242 is a 10Gb ethernet (converged network) adapter that supports FCoE and iSCSI. This can only be connected to a 10Gbe Ethernet switch.
