hello everyone, after some power outage, all the disks from one shelf got failed, how to change the status of the disks from failed to normal, in the case of 2 disks I managed to change this status, but I did various activities a bit randomly and I don't know how the correct procedure should be followed in such a situation,
I would be grateful for your suggestions and comments

What 3PAR OS version are you running? This was a known issue that got fixed pretty quickly about 5-6-7 years ago.

Yeah.. That's a release from 2014 :) and you have a total of 0 patches installed :)

If you still have any support on this system, I would get it upgraded ASAP... This software version doesn't have official support for anything officially supported by either Microsoft (2016 and later) or Vmware(6.5 or later).
The cage you've offline is also the node cage, so not really easy to fix...

This is just me taking stabs in the dark, but controlpd spindown <wwn> followed by controlpd spinup <wwn> is probably what I would do on a lab system.
