Post subject: | 3PAR IPv4 AND IPv6 |
Hi all, Setting up multiple 3PAR systems here, with a requirement for dual stack. At the moment systems are running with IPv4 and need IPv6 added, but I'm wondering how. What I currently got working:
Now setting up the 3PAR system(s), following the procedure documented in CLI guide for 'adding' an IPv6 address:
This should technically work, but how do you ADD an IPv6 gateway?? Guides state the 'startgateway' option either sets the IP immediately or starts switching to the new one, but I want dual stack. Anyones got ideas or experience running dual-stack on 3PAR? |

No experience but read the setnet part of the cli reference guide: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/do ... =c04204279 As far as I read release notes, you need 3.3.1 for ipv6 gateway. |

Got an update (although late): On 3PAR there's NO option to go dual-stack. Either you run it on IPv4 or on IPv6. |
