Hello,

Maybe someone already has issued this kind of error.

Since 2-3 weeks we have hundreds of message of warnings/error since we upgraded our two 3PARs 8400 from 3.3.1 MU2 to --> 3.3.1.460 (MU3)+P50,P58,P61,P77,P91,P92,P97,P107,P109,P112,P114

Cases are opened to HPE support since 2 weeks, but for this moment they don't find the reason
Below example oft he activity messages we receive from:

Alert from Synergy activity:
Critical An unexpected error occurred during refresh [i]3PAR_hostname
The attached storage volume "VV_name" has a critical health status.
(message For all VV)

Sometimes our 3PARs disconnect from SP and SSMC, and reconnect automatically, we don't know why.

All VVs and FPG (file persona) remain online, no service down, no problem but we receive 3-4 hundreds of alerts a day for both 3PAR.

SP rebooted, SSMC appliance rebooted, but no effect

what i'm sure is has happened only after the MU3 upgrade

Any idea ?

Thanks a lot

From what I read you're only getting this message in Synergy.

Have you checked that your current Synergy/Oneview version is compatible with 3.3.1 MU3? Sounds to me like a Synergy issue and not a 3PAR issue.

Hello MammaGutt,

Thanks for your reply,

I already checked comaptibility between Symergy/Oneview and our 3PARs, the matrix tell us it's compatible.
Our Synergy/One View is 4.2 version.

As alerts became from Synergy, firstly i opened the inital case to the Team Synergy support, then as asked, i sended them the dump log, but as i expected a little bit, they claimed the problem is not Synergy/OneView ;)
