CPG Failed again

Post subject:  CPG Failed again
Unfortunately i had another failure on a cpg for copy space on my F400. We had around 4tb space available on the system, but something changed on one of the volumes and the snapshots grew tremendously. I guess i need to set limits!

I removed the stale snapshots, and older snapshots, and reclaimed the space using compactcpg. However the cpg is still showing as failed.

I marked all alerts as fixed, but still showing failed.

Any thoughts why? Here's some info:
