Post subject:  chunklets on remote controller node

Hello,
I just spent two hours on getting rid of this upgradecheck issue:

Code:
2020-01-09 11:15:37 CET Logical Disk               Ownership  PD Chunklet Connection
2020-01-09 11:15:37 CET tp-4-sa-0.0                   0/1    138 219      2:1:1*/3:1:1*
2020-01-09 11:15:37 CET The above Logical Disks have chunklets on disks that have a different connection path from the logical disk ownership.
2020-01-09 11:15:37 CET If this issue persists, do the following:
2020-01-09 11:15:37 CET Use CLI 'showld -s' to determine if Logical Disk (LD) rebalancing is in progress. If yes, wait for rebalancing to complete. Otherwise move the chunklets listed to physical disks that have the same connection as the LD ownership.

The issue was resolved by issuing
Code:
tuneld tp-4-sa-0.0

Cheers,
Thomas

Movech -perm 138:219

Or something should also have fixed it.

Hello,
movech -perm did not work because the chunklet was on another controller pair than the rest of the chunklets. I had once a similiar problem here. People also recommended movech but it also did not work. Than I called HPE support. They recommended tuneld, which solved my problem. I posted it here so the next time someone has the issue, he finds the solution.

Cheers,
Thomas
