Hi Guys,

Good Morning,

i have a problem to send alerts for my pagerduty.

SMTP is configured correctly because it sends test, but, for example, failed disk, does not send alerts.

where I set up these email alerts?

I configured SMTP in SETUP / CONFIGURE MAILHOST

what is happening:

Below is the alert:

Id : 794
State : New
Message Code: 0x00600fa
Time : 2019-09-28 13:11:29 WEST
Severity : Major
Type : Component state change
Component : sw_cage_sled:5:1:1,sw_pd:189
Message : Magazine 5:1:1, Physical Disk 189 Failed (Vacated {0x45}, Invalid Media {0x98}, Multiple Chunklets Media Bad {0x9b})

and does not send any alert messages via email, but when i send a "Test Mailhost", the massage is sent.



How can i see the mailhost config by CLI?

Do you have configure Recipents under "Notify"?

Try adding your email as well to see if it gets blocked by pagerduty service.

I add my email too. but i have a doubt

i need add emails to receive these incidents in what option:

1) Notify or

2) Setup \ Configure Mailhost ??
