What's means 'queue length' report ?
3par management console shows always it at the same value (2560) on FC ports although remote copy was disabled.
What is happening?

Rcfc ports will always have a lot of pending read IOs (waiting for an incoming write). If you don' t use RCFC, just reconfigure the port to host and the queue is gone.

RCFC are used for copy group so if I stop it why It should exist pending IOs ?

Nope, IOs are posted on either the RC targets or directly on the ports which are active(never bothered checking that). So regardless of how many groups and/or VVs are active the ports are still ready and has pending IOs.
