are we allowed to share it, or is that frowned upon. I just had 3.3.1 MU3 installed on some of our 3PAR's last night. @adam, P78 is only reverting the patch P56, it returning cage firmware back to 4082. So you don't need to install P56 and P78. Firmware 4096 in P56 fixes some issues on controller cages DCN2, but introduce a new problem on expansion cages DCS8. I don't understand, why they reverting firmware for both types of cages and not only for expansion ones. |

It is frowned upon, perhaps illegal, to "share" the updates. In order to be entitled to recieve new software features, an array needs to be covered by a software maintenance contact. I am not 100% sure how that applies to patches, since they are bug fixes. A call to support should be able to sort that out. |
