I found an abandoned f400, but on the hpe site I do not see the versions available 3PAR OS 3.1.1 MU3 3PAR SP 4.1 MU2 (P412) Where can I find them? Thanks for considering my request |

I suspect those are locked down by entitlements. Meaning the array would have to have been under a software support contract when the code was released. It's a long shot, but call support, ask what is the last version of code the array SN# was entitled to and if they can allow you to download that version. It doesn't hurt to ask, the worst is they will say no. |

There is usually an upgrade path. I've had some upgrades be 2 and 3 step upgrades to get to a minimum code level before getting to the version we targeted. I happen to have the InForm_OS_3.1.1_MU3_QL227-10045.iso and 3PAR_Virtual_SP_4.1_MU2_P05_Software_QR482-11007.iso. |
