Hello everyone,

Seems I am missing something. Recently compacted all our CPG's and did some cleaning out. Raw space I show 60TB free on the NL tier, yet when i try to make an NL CPG, i get the 0 space warning..

The estimated maximum CPG size is 0 and the create task may fail.

I am choosing 6 x 2 array, if i choose 4 x 2 it does allow me and gives me Estimated maximum CPG size 28,481 GiB

What am i overlooking to use 6x2?

How many drives you got?
How many nodes?
Which 3PAR OS version?

48 drives on 4 nodes gives 12 drives per node.
3.2.2 does not offer express layout, so you should be able to use set size 12 (10+2).

Did you by any chance set HA cage? That's the only I can think of.

On the new CPG? i tried cage, magazine and port, and they all come back with the 0 space error on anything other than 4+2

Or do you mean HA cage elsewhere? (another cpg or?)

Reviewing, all of the NL CPG's are set to magazine and 4+2
