| Post subject: | U017 Upgrade Tool |
Trying to upgrade one of our 3par and it is asking to perform an offline upgrade. Other two worked just fine. Trying to not do an offline upgrade due amount of users it affects. I have heard of the upgrade tool can be used. Has anyone used this and where is it located? Checked the software and updates page and nothing. no help from HP. |

Latest is U018 and it is on the software portal right next to all the MUs, patches, Service Processors and SSMCs last time I downloaded patches. What are you upgrading from/to? |
