I have 3par 8200 comes with 1 controller and 2 disk enclosure. It have 6 X 400GB SSD and 48 X 1.8TB FC drives.

My management want to add 2 more enclosure with

1 enclosure 6 X 400GB SSD and 10 X 1.8TB FC drives

1 enclosure 8 X 800 SSD and 12 X 1.8TB FC drives.

With the two new enclosure disks installed, is the disk allocation and loading meet the best practices?

The existing 3PAR setup is in the attachment

With those add-ons it will become a bastard array (balance wise) either way. Moving disks around will take time and with 70 drives split on 5 cages it will never get balanced anyways.

You should try to get 16x 1.8TB FC drives per cage. For SSDs it doesn't matter that much as they're unlikely to get into any performance issues on a per-SSD level. If you're aiming for HA cage you should have the same amount of capacity in each cage but the size and number of SSD doesn't matter that much.
