Hi,

does anybody know a way to determine the quorum device version from a running quorum device?

The second questions regards deploying a new quorum. We always end with a qorum that fails the initial test on page 316 (Remote Copy User Guide, ping couchdb):

curl http://localhost:8080
>could not resolve host localhost

We vi /etc/hosts, there are two entries localhost.locadomain, but no entry for plain localhost (for both ipv4 and ipv6). We delete the ".localdomain" from one of the two entries (per ip-version) and everything works from now on.

Does anybody else see this behaviour?

Quorum Version 2.100, ESX

Can you verify if this is what is mentioned in /etc/hosts:
Quote:
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

OOTB, it's:

Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost.localdomain localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

Basic test does not work, error as mentioned above. I change hosts-file to:

Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

and it works. I have no idea where this second ".localdomain" comes from.

If you Login the OS is shown.
QW 2.1 = CentOS release 6.8 (Final)
QW 2.0 = CentOS release 6.5 (Final)
