Upgraded my 3PAR and SP to 3.2.1 MU5 and SP 4.3 P013 last night. Seemed to go okay until the service processor couldn't determine what version of 3PAR OS was running on the StoreServ. I decided to remove and re-add the StoreServ to the SP. When I go to add the StoreServ back in, I enter the IP along with the 3paradm credentials. I get the error: Add StoreServ failed:Keys and Password setup failure. See /sp/prdall/data/files/syslog/kmlog. I tried this from the SP CLI also and that didn't work either. Same error. I can't make much sense out of the kmlog. There's nothing obvious jumping out at me for some reason. Has anyone come across this? |

Can you log on to the array thru SSH/CLI or with IMC/SSMC? |

Yes. I can login to the array CLI with SSH. |
