Hi , there are 2 questions i want to ask you.

1. If my 3par 8200 disk status is showing Degraded , and disk chunklet can not be move to other disk, how do i use some command to move this failed chunklet to other disk manually?

2.instead of setting a normal email alert when remove copy link down, could i customize that only when remove copy link latency is high than some value, the email alert trigger?

If a storage drive fails, the system automatically runs the servicemag command in the background.
With the CLI session: Issue the "servicemag status" command to monitor the progress of thedrive.
You don't have any other tool, only a servicemag.

You can try to start process manually by enter servicemag start -pdid <pdID> toinitiate the removal of data from the drive.
If a servicemag fail on any issue ask HPE support for help
