I am too confused while generating Insplore logs, It displays


Unable to launch InSplore

Another process is currently running and holding the lock on this InServ.

...checking to see what process is holding the lock...

...unable to determine the process holding the lock...

...it may have just completed...

...try again...

Have you tried restarting the SP?

On another note, you should really, really upgrade your system. 3.1.2 GA is OLD (late-2012).

Yeah, I have restarted but it culminated as a same result.

We are out of official support from HP, and to avoid downtime and any critical issues, we are reluctant to update firmware.

Well that's like saying that you want avoid water because you don't want to drown and ignore the dehydration.

Anyways, not my problem...... If you still have the issue you could try to remove and add the 3PAR from the SP. If that doesn't work you probably hit a known bug, fixed in later versions and you might need to start restarting things on the 3PAR... (sysmgr in best case, nodes in worst case).
