Unless something has changed from SP4. 4, always use the physical SP image for upgrades. The virtual ones are only for initial deployment.

Correct, always use physical iso images for upgrades.

...but now a have a new problem.
In SP 5.0.2.1 i logged in the Web-Console with User "admin" and my password.
Then i made the Update and the SP do an reboot.
After the Reboot i am not able to login into the Web-Console with User "admin" and my password.
I made two reboots without any affect.

What can you do here?

Thx for all feedback´s

...

I had no chance and there is no backdoor to reset the password by your self.

I made a call at hpe support and they also find no way to login, because the password that hpe is generating with the sp id for the user "hpesupport" did also not work.

The final solution was to reinstall the sp with the vmware ovf.

But...

After i finished the Setup and i logged in the first time on the Web-Console an error is coming up "HTTP Error from server [500]" and the only thing you can do is hit "ESC" but the error is coming back soon.
The Answer from HPE Support was i need to wait 24h.... so i wait and post an update..

Service Processor Error "HTTP Error from server [500]" is attached

so finally i found a solution.

new install vmware ofv SP 4.4 MU6 --> Update to SP 4.5 EMU2 --> Update to SP 5.0.(?) --> Update to 5.0.3 ( full nr 5.0.3.0-24806) (newest at 03.04.2018 (dd/mm/yyyy)).

dirty i know but it works. i think in the sp 5.0.3 VMware ofv is an bug becuase of the 500 Error.
