Hi folks anyone come across this.
Here's the scenario

2 datacenters
2 3pars in each
2 mgmt. Servers with SSMC installed and other management apps

all 4 3pars are in ar configured and manageable from both mgmt. Servers, IE ping works CLI works

3 of the 3pars are on 3.2.2 mu4
1 is on 3.2.2 mu6

The data center that this 3par is in the mgmt. Server is a 2012r2 Server

The remote dataceneter the mgmt. Server is 2008r2 Server

We cannot add or manage the 3par with mu 6 from this remote mgmt. Server now.

Nothing Network or firewall has changed
We get this error
2018-03-22 13:05:45.52 NZDT 1 529737 Notification Minor SSL error between CLI client and server sw_cli {12037} ssl handshake error sock7: handshake failed: connection reset by peer

Carrying this on further we decided to test from the 2008r2 server when adding the 3par or I should say trying to add we just entered a random login and password.....the 3par in question says the account and password are not valid....so its communicating ok.

It cannot establish a connection on the ip on port 5783......we get that error above.

Inetrested in folks thoughts on this
