We have a 3PAR storage which is no longer under the support contract of HP. Today, I tried to logon the 3PAR management console and failed. SSH to it also unsuccessful. The SPOCC indicates there is Too many CLI server connection. I understand that we can logon as root and clear down the connection. Unfortunately, we do not have the details of it and HP won't help as well. Does anyone know the password of ROOT?

I have tried this one already. This one used to work but no longer, probably because of "Too many CLI server connection". I hope using root can allow me to logon and clear down other connection.

connect to virtual or physical service processor of storage. There is a cli prompt of storage available and you could execute your command to disconnect all previous session.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it still show "Too many CLI server connections" when I execute the command.

I can only logon the VSP as 3parcust. I have executed the command "showuserconn" and get the error of "Too many CLI connection"

Thanks for everyone. At the end, I managed to ask HP to clear down the connection for me, even we no longer under the support contract. However, still need to figure out how to avoid this in the future. I suppose is using "showuserconn" to monitor the connection regularly.
