Ok stupid mistake, reset the 3parsvc account password. I know now that this should never be reset. Anyone have any idea what 3par set this to? SPOCC is not fully functional. Any help would be great. |

I would recommend using a custom non-default password. Just call support and get a level 2 3PAR guy on the phone, give them the new password, they can dial into the SP and update the password so SPOCC can reconnect, as well as work with you to make sure there are no other "gotchas". I bet you can log into SPOCC and update to the new PW your self if you are adventurous, however, I recommend the support option. |

Unfortunately this was not an option due to our security model, we are a total dark site. Had to go through a reset process which included a CE onsite and removal and readding the array to the SPOCC. Fun stuff. Live and Learn. |
