Nope, i was looking for the same and originally thougth it would be in this one.. Best guess is it's coming around december when HP has discover in Barcelone.... but it's a guess.

What?! I thought the entire push and premise behind the 7450 was it HAD the dedupe, not that it was magically coming, "some day"?!

Can a HP rep confirm or deny this? That is some sad stuff if it isn't already included and/or doesn't have an offical release date.

It's in the code just not yet switched on, being told it will be enabled in patch. So If you need a date speak to your HP rep.

Dedup is coming in MU1 ... End of this month.

Hi,

Successfully completed an upgrade from 3.1.3 MU1 to 3.2.1 GA on two 4-node 7400 arrays with vSphere Metro Storage Cluster and Peer Persistence configuration today.

Also replaced the Quorum Witness with the new released version for VMware.

Only faced issue was that Service Processor in some way timed out in communication with 2nd array during upgrade at the step when diskfirmware upgrade should begin.

Leaving the array for a couple minutes we could "restart" the upgrade from the Service Processor and it kicked off where it had "halted" during the timeout and communication issue.

This upgrade will now follow with deployment of an "Microsoft Metro Storage Cluster" based on Peer Persistence.

Iso image is named "3PAR_Quorum_Witness_VMware_2.0.001_QR482-11021" so version 2.0.

The name of the latest Quorum Witness ISO for HyperV is 3PAR_Quorum_Witness_Hyper_V_2.0.001_QR482-11024
