Hi,

We just bought 2 new SSD disks, and got the:

HPE 3PAR 8200 Transition AI SW E-LTU
L7E73AAE license

I think this is the all inclusive license..2 questions.

1. Is there not disk licenses anymore, are they covered in the all inclusive license?
2. We are running 3.2.2 MU4 is the all inclusive license supported on there, in my head I though you had to run 3.3.1 to use it

From what I remember you should be good to go version wise (it was from some 3.2.2 version I think, MU4 should be fine).

Yes no more disk licenses, SKUs and pricing have all been adjusted to simplify things.

The only exceptions I'm aware of are the multi-system extra licence for all the remote copy related features and I think the encrypted array licence.

1. Correct, or.... I guess HPE started looking at their 15TB SSDs and figured that disk licences was kind of a thing from the past so there so no disk licenses anymore.
2. Supported from 3.2.2 MU3 or something. MU4 is 100% good to go.
