| Post subject: | SP duplicate ip exist |
After instaling update on my VSP I lost connection with my StoreServ. When running SP check health i get message "Either SSH server is down on inserv or duplicate ip exists" anyone had a simmilar problem? |

still strugling with this problem. had support yesterday but didn't fix the problem. when I do StoreServ healt check i get the message: View Details # checkhealth login failed - Invalid user (3parsvc) or password #Thu Nov 9 12:09:22 CET 2017 ### showversion -b login failed - Invalid user (3parsvc) or password ### showsys login failed - Invalid user (3parsvc) or password ### Begin Summary Status Component ------Description------- Qty SP Problems with SP Network 2 ### End Summary Status Would changing SP IP help? |

Can you connect/SSH directly to the 3PAR, bypassing the SP? If you can, perform a shownet and confirm IP address of 3PAR is the same shown in SP MAINT->3.StoreServ Configuration Management You may have to remove the 3PAR relationship from within the SP and add back in. |

I can connect directly to 3par my adress is the same as in StoreServ Configuration where do I remove relationship? |
