I've got a 7450c at 3.2.1 EMU3 with 3 patches installed - 17, 18, & 23.

Seems like there are two paths to proceed with patching under this version - MU3 or MU5
Both contain the fix I'm looking for (FW update for a00016907)

Should I load 3.2.1 MU5 and then patch from there?
Haven't found anything that explains why they'd release patches as both MU3 and MU5.

Not understanding the question, but only drive firmware is included in patches. Firmware for other hardware is in MUs and require node reboots. If you are at 3.2.1 eMU3 and the firmware was in MU3, you already got it. If you are going to upgrade I would rather look at 3.2.2 eMU4, not 3.2.1 MU5

I agree, go for 3.2.2 EMU4 wich is default version for 7k series.
3.2.1 series is now inactive and considered obsolete.

I'll go to 3.2.2 EMU4 then.
Thanks for the replies.
