Hello all,

Hoping someone has had a similar experience and/or knows of any solutions or work-arounds...

We have been running 3.3.1 MU1 for about 2 months now, and have noticed over the past few weeks node 3 has randomly rebooted a few times. Yesterday morning all nodes rebooting at roughly the same time causing downtime and productivity loss. I am working with support but it has been escalated and I am waiting and hoping for a call-back.

Any ideas to pursue or thoughts you can provide are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Did you open a case with your provider ?

You better download the latest patchs and apply them.

Working with T2 support on root-cause analysis right now. I am hoping the new P16 or P17 will help.... fingers crossed!
