Is there any way to do a 3par inserv to 3parinserv replication (remote copy) with vCenter integration so I can get application consistent replication instead of crash consistent?

I have looked at 3par RMC and it can only create snapshots or replicate from a storeserv to storevirutal or vise versa.

I'm not sure I fully understand your use case but RMC-V supports this, have a look at the remote copy section of the manual. Between 3PARs you get RC sync, async periodic and peer persistence with remote app consistent snaps on top.

Think I found the issue. My vCenter(6.5 u1) web interface has the snaphot controls for 3par but not the 'remote recovery configuration'

I have RMC 4.1 installed and the plugins are updated

this is from the manual
Configure Remote Recovery Set Policy for remote
recovery configuration (Navigate to vCenter Server
Home -> Remote Recovery Configuration -> Actions ->
Set Remote Set Creation Policy)
