Hi All, Good Day. I am trying to configure auto monitoring for 3PAR array (7200) using HP OVO tool. As per the update from OVO team, below are the prerequisites. 1. 161 and 162 ports 2. DNS resolution 3. Ping/ICMP should work from OVO to 3PAR We have successfully completed point 1 and 2. But we are not able to ping 3PAR system from the OVO server. Could you please let me know if there is anything needs to be done from 3PAR to enable the ping/ICMP. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Regards, KK |
