Anyone else having issues where by the VMware Tools fails to start in their VSP? We are experiencing this at several client locations, and the last time I called support, they told me to just delete the VSP and redeploy it from OVF. I complained about that, and eventually they come on via HP Meeting Rooms, logged in as root and fixed it, that took an hour on the phone.
I'm just wondering if anyone else knows any other way to avoid spending hours on the phone...
