RC Periodic Asnyc Time

How many minutes are you guys using for RC Periodic Async? I know it depends on a lot of factors. But just want to know if most are using the minimum 5 mins or more. I set my 3 RC groups to 10 mins and they never all seem to be synced. 1 RC group is trying to catch up. If I give it more time, it will be out of sync for snapshop period.

I have over 300 RC Groups on 2 pairs of arrays. We vary from 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 1 week. There are numerous factors for RC. Are you doing RCIP or RCFC? Tell us more about how many RC ports, distance between arrays, throughput of connection between arrays.

RCIP, about 30 miles via T3. 2 RC ports. So are Ok with Not being synced up...

Can you give us some info on the config or your array? Models, disks, etc. How large are the volumes, do you have any idea how much is changing each replication. You can go into IMC and click the task and see each time it replicated and it will say in the bottom pane how much it replicated each time and how long it took. Also what kind of ping times do you get from one array to the other?
