our SPs are set to "outbound only", remote support is only activated after hp called and declared the reason for dialing in etc.
We do not use Policy Manager, I know this software from EMC ESRS (it's used there as well) and really don't want to deploy it unless absolutely necessary. More buttons and levers than a space shuttle, most of them completely incomprehensible. But to be honest, I didn't look at any new version for over two years now, so this could have changed.
Is there a way to extract from any SP-log via skript any details about past remote support session? Time, User, what was done, how long the connection was used etc? Is there maybe a dedicated log file for this stuff?
