I would purchase the installation services with the 3par and let the trained guys do it.
If it's a reseller with the service one accreditation then they will get a detailed plan from hp based on your environment informing them of the exact steps. This includes a full step by step guide, the cabling, any patches that need adding before you add the disks (so that the system sees them etc).
It's not just a case of racking them and adding a couple of daisy cables, especially if you already have multiple shelves and the numbers on the front of the shelves are out of order.
