Sure. You would create a virtual domain for each tenant, create your cpgs in each domain, and create an ao config and schedule for each cpg set/domain. No problem at all

While not a problem are you planning on sharing the same physical disk with the different AO config? Multiple AO configs competing for the same physical disks can get tricky if you run into low disk space issues and AO will not understand the competing AO configs.

In your CPG as long as you are not provisioning to your SSD's and only using AO to utilize them
then Set Growth Limit to <90% of your total SSD capacity.

I neglected to do this and constantly receive support cases telling me to increase my SSD CPG

Setting a growth limit on the cpg is a bad idea.

If you set a growth limit, you can cause an out of space condition when the limit is reached.

Use a growth warning instead. Ao will not move data and cause a warning, and you don't cause yourself an out of space condition
