 Post subject: E200 setup

Please forgive me I am very new to the 3par systems. But I am hoping somebody on here can help me. We just purchased a secondhand e200 with 6 disk shelves and an sp. Yet the sp is not configurable. I tried connecting directly to the system to set the ip and when I log in as root the system says spmob file is not there. Anybody have any tips or can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks
