 Post subject: v7200 reset to factory

i want to reset v7200 back to factory default i'm tried to login via console but it doesn't allow me to type in anything (i can see the OS boot message but after login prompt appear i can't type in anything)


Can we do factory reset by ourself or do we need HP engineer to do it?

Use the Serial Cable
Login as User console
Select Point 6 "Select the System to Wipe ...."
