 Post subject: Problem with SP 4.3

Acccording to message in SPOCC i need at least SP 4.3 GA for OS 3.2.1. So i upgraded the Virtual SP from 4.2-P003 to SP 4.3-P001.
After upgrade the Vmware Tools are in state current not running and i see no ip addresses in virtual machine summary. Anything else seems to work. After return to snaphot taken before upgrade, everything is running correct. Has anybody similar experience ? I didn't found anything on net.
